She has found this very effective, and the new insights and skills that people learn have been transformative for them. These skills will help you enjoy your food, balance your mind, and approach any cravings with skill.
Jessica is bringing her expertise in gut-brain nutrition and her knowledge of how fundamental changes to diet can affect our whole beings. We are both working from the inside out to support you to create meaningful and ongoing change in your life - not only your food.
Vickie and Jessica love working in groups they have found that there is something uniquely nourishing about a group experience; people watch each other grow, see themselves with new eyes, and feel part of a group process of improvement.

Further Information:
This course will help you nourish your wellbeing—not just through nutrition, but by supporting your whole self—mind, body, and nervous system.
What makes Feed Your Calm different is that we’re bringing together two key ingredients: the science of nutrition, and the power of mindful awareness. We’ll be exploring how what you eat affects your mood, digestion, and energy—but also how you feel when you eat, how stress impacts your gut, and how you can work with the two-way connection between the gut and the brain to support calm, clarity, and resilience.
You’ll learn how to nourish both your body and your mind.
The course is designed to fit around your life. We’ll meet for three live sessions together: giving you space to ask questions and build momentum. Daily modules will drop Monday to Friday.
Some days will feel easier than others—that’s completely natural. And we’re here to support you through the process.
Throughout the course, you’ll find written materials, carefully crafted recipes, guided audios, prompts for reflection, and strategies to help you navigate cravings and bring calm and choice into your relationship with food. You’ll also learn how to tap into what matters most in your life—not just in what you eat, but in how you live and care for yourself day to day.
This isn’t just a nutrition programme—it’s a whole-person exploration of nourishment, balance, and living in a way that feels true to you.
We welcome you here. Let’s begin—gently, with curiosity, and with kindness.
This new cohort starts with a welocme session on:
Monday 11th May at 7pm BST. If you miss it we will send you a link. You will get all the information you need to prepare by 4th May, and after you have done your shopping and got yourself ready for change
we provide support as you move through the process of creating a more healthy life.
